PCS FOR CHILDREN

At Premium Choice, we love working with children and consider it a privilege. We specialize in providing care to children with physical, cognitive or mental disabilities. Our caregiving staff has experience working with a broad spectrum of needs, including:

  • Autism
  • Developmental Disabilities
  • Cerebral Palsy
  • Brittle Bone Disease
  • A variety of other rare diseases

We believe that all parents deserve to have extra support within the home by offering the assistance of experienced caregivers.

It’s our goal to help your child learn, grow and thrive in the home environment by supplementing the ongoing care by a parent or guardian.

In order to best understand the needs of your child, our skilled nurses provide an assessment based on the following areas:

1. Challenges with activities of daily living (ADLs)

2. Communication level, both verbal and non-verbal

3. Emotional and behavioral needs

4. Safety

5. Awareness

We then develop a specialized plan of care uniquely suited for your child. Our plans are centered on compassion, goal-setting and quality care. Let us earn your trust as we provide excellent care for your little one.
